Our smart devices are split into two systems to handle the needs of customers of any size. Homeowners and waterfront businesses are served through Tide Alerts™ while Flood Levels™ serves towns and communities.
- Both systems use the same solar-powered, cellular-connected wireless gauges for accurate water level measurements.
- The Tide and Flood systems use separate applications to collect and display the gauge data.

Designed for individuals and businesses, the Tide Alerts system displays live tide information from gauges in our network.
- View live public data with the Tide Alerts application, including a map of the stations and charts for each station. At stations with good tidal data, predictions are performed to generate tide calendars and tables and to display forecasted levels on the charts.
- Tide levels are very local and vary significantly from place to place even over short distances. This difference is very pronounced in bays, estuaries and tidal rivers.
- The vast majority of smaller coastal bodies of water do not have accurate tidal forecasts. Even when they are available, water levels are often much higher or lower than expected due to the effects of wind.
- Local tide gauges can provide vital insights such as when water is too low for safe navigation, too high for bridge clearance, or reaching flood-risk levels.

Flood Levels is designed for municipalities, offering flood alerts for emergency management and historical data for planning and mitigation. Flood Levels is suitable for both coastal and inland communities.
- A network of gauges are placed at key locations throughout a community to provide live monitoring data. Water levels from the gauges are available on an easy-to-interpret map-based interface for emergency management. Coastal locations typically also include one or more tide gauges.
- Water levels are displayed relative to ground level, NAVD88 (the datum used by NOAA and FEMA for flood mapping), or tidal mean-lower-low-water at coastal locations.
- Historical data is available for planning and flood mitigation.
